I prepaid an order for this company to do a custom job for my company that was on the 7th of December 2008 and I am still waiting for my order. I have been getting the run around from them ever since there is no excuse for it taking 15 weeks to make three types of patches in multiples of five. No correct tracking number given for my order and no real concern for trying to keep me as a customer. I paid them $191.85 up front and nothing to show for it. So if your going to get custom patches made be sure to put them on the bottom of the list. Very unprofessional company dont waist your time and money.

Sorry to hear that Samuel... Sue was nothing but great for me, and when I received patches that weren't up to my standards she replaced the ENTIRE ORDER for free, including shipping. I don't know your details, of course, but I recommend speaking with Sue directly as she was nothing but kind and helpful to me.

This vendor is a crock of shit. Speaking to sue directly is a one-way street. Be prepared to have your money taken, and your product not delivered. The customer above that actually received something is the lucky one. I had a 200$ order and didn’t receive anything but 2 patches. wtf? E-mails to sue seem to get you nowhere. DO NOT BUY FROM OML.

BTW if you are an unhappy customer here is sue's facebook I found. I plan on forwarding it to my bank, as I will be filling out some complaints about this transaction

I have to agree with the previous posts. I placed an order for $60 AND NEVER RECEIVED THE ORDER. Susan Kaye Schaefer, the owner, seemed REALLY REALLY nice in e-mails. She kept saying they were about to be shipped, just long enough to get my over the 45 day paypal dispute period. Then she stopped responding to emails. ALTHOUGH, she will respond to emails from other addresses requesting to place an order. She is clearing ignoring my calls. I have filed a fraud complaint with the Southfield, MI police department. If there was confusion she could at least respond to my emails, but now I am coming under the impression that omlpatches.com is indeed a scam. DO NOT BUY!

I have to finally agree with the negative comments. I placed a re-order in January and am still yet to receive it. I called my bank today and placed a dispute over the charge, and I don't plan on doing business with OML patches again. It's a shame, because Sue seems nice. But nice or not, she's stealing from (at least some) people.

I finally got my money back when I had police contact her. She returned calls INSTANTLY to them (wouldn't to me for weeks straight). So I have my money minus a few dollars for a paypal fee. Overall I wasted two months trying to give business to this site and ultimately paid four dollars for it. THE WORST PART: SUE BEGAN THREATENING ME FOR WRITING THESE REVIEWS. She kept going on about her ex-boyfriend who was "really dangerous" and said she would sue me (no pun intended) if I continued to "harass" her (e.g. write reviews or ask for my money back). I don't want anything to do with her! If you are considering purchasing from oml patches, I highly recommend against it. If you have been scammed by them as well, I suggest filing with the Kitchener, ON Better Business Bureau and Phonebusters to keep an accurate record on this business.

Perhaps it would be prudent to leave my personal life out of your complaints? I don't think that's appropriate to bring in personal issues if mine. No threats were ever made on my part. I think perhaps contacting my 9 year old daughter as well as my 12 year old daughterwas over the line and not necessary. Involving my young children inthis matter is uncalled for insny circumstance

I have to stand by Sue and OML Patches, as the service I receive continues to be excellent. What I initially perceived as a problem with my latest reorder on Sue's end was actually an error on my end, and I was embarassed to have to admit that after complaining to Sue I discovered that the patches were indeed sent on time and in perfect condition. OML is definitely still the place I recommend without hesitation for small-run team patches.

I have worked with OML patches and I can honestly say at the end of 2009 there were issues with a disgruntled employee who was fired. This person is still To this DAY causing problems for this company and the owner. I can personally account for Fraudulent orders of over 1000 dollars that have been placed, This company went from four employees to one very fast so back-ups can be expected. and with trying to sort out chaos and confusion caused by the old employee I believe this company is doing very well.

Has nobody noticed the new website? I was told it is because somebody was hacking the old one. If somebody was trying to "rip off" customers don't you think they wouldn't be concerned with disgruntled ex-employees causing problems for customers or their website being hacked

It's a business, yes, but also a small one. You can't expect a small one or two man business to give you an order in a day. And you def. can't expect a business that is going through trouble with outside sources to be 100% on orders.

I totally disagree with Innocent Bystander's comment.

As a customer, it's not my problem how big or small a business is, or what kind of drama it's involved in. My only concern is that if I place an order, it needs to be filled in a timely manner and to standard. If a business owner tried to play off shoddy product or delivery delays with excuses, I'd simply take my business elsewhere. Because if you can't run a business properly, you shouldn't be in business. Harsh, yes, but that's the way it is.

As for Sue and OML specifically, I've had no complaints so far aside from the one that ultimately wasn't even OML's fault. If Sue has lost business due to company problems, then I consider it a real shame because she is always kind, helpful, and produces great product.

I placed an order for 3 different types of patches 5 sets of 5. it's been almost 3 months. of 03/05/2010 Sue sent me an email saying" wow,...I completely forgot about them",....and now she doesn't respond to any emails I send regarding anything. steer clear of that site. I have given enough time to get this job done. Obviously no-one cares. and if your reading this Sue it's order#284. Just refund my money thanks

I placed an order with omlpatches and have nothing to show for it. A month after my order I sent an e-mail...and received no response. Another month passed, and I sent another e-mail...with no response. I then sent a third e-mail advising Sue that I would be filing a complaint with the BBB and disputing the charge...to which I received a prompt response. Sue advised me that my order had been sent ages ago, but had no tracking number to show for it. She promised to resend it ASAP, and would provide me with a tracking number immediately. I advised her that I had never been given a preview of the patch design, which the site states you receive prior to approval of the patch...and I received no response. I've sent two more e-mails to Sue requests a preview of the patch design and the tracking number, and have not received a response. I do not believe Sue ever designed the patch, and I certainly dont believe it was ever sent or "resent." What I know is that Oml patches readily accepted my money and promised me a prompt delivery of patches, and I have nothing to show for it save for one e-mail promising something that wasn't even delivered. I've since disputed the charge, filed a BBB complaint, and a Fraud report with the police. I will never do business with this company again, and I would encourage others to follow suit. There are other custom patch companies out there that have a dependable track record, and I'm sorry I didn't go with them in the first place.

WOW sounds like Im not the only guy who got dicked with this company. I just filed a dispute and looking to file a claim through paypal on this one. Sue was very nice on the emails until the payment of 136 bones went through then guess what.....no return emails and no word on where my patches went. I have contacted my personal attorney in the event that something doesnt change in a hurry with this opperation. If any of you would like to file a joint claim contact me. Money isnt the issue here. I have plenty of that to go around so I wont mind paying my people to see that this injustice does not happen to other honest consumers.

I paid 34 bucks for nothing.

I am helpless and puzzled.
